All sales are final.
Every ANON01 object is commissioned once payment is confirmed. No cancellation, return or exchange is accepted after payment confirmation.
Before checkout
Review the selected object, size, color and quantity before payment. Resolve fit, material or finish questions with the house before completing checkout.
After payment confirmation
Commissioned sales are final, including when the reason is a change of mind, fit, selected size or selected color. ANON01 does not offer cancellations, discretionary returns or exchanges.
Narrow remedy
If a piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, arrives damaged or materially differs from the confirmed specification, preserve the piece and original packaging and contact the house promptly with the commission reference and clear photographs. After review, ANON01 will provide an appropriate repair, replacement, refund or other remedy where required.
Rights preserved
Nothing in this policy limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be waived. This narrow remedy does not create a general return or exchange policy.
