Shipping.
Complimentary insured delivery is included for checkout orders shipped to a United States address. Checkout is not available for international delivery.
United States only
Stripe collects the shipping address during checkout. ANON01 currently ships checkout commissions only within the United States.
Production and dispatch
The estimated production window is 8–12 weeks from cleared payment and is separate from carrier transit time. The house confirms tracking and any signature requirement when the finished commission is dispatched.
Damage or delay
For visible delivery damage, preserve the piece and original packaging and contact the house promptly with the commission reference, delivery details and clear photographs. For a carrier delay, contact the house with the commission reference and tracking details.
