Browsing or sending a request does not create a purchase. Completing Stripe checkout and receiving payment confirmation creates a fully paid, made-to-order commission.
Confirmed specification
Product descriptions and images communicate the intended form and material. The size, color and quantity shown at checkout form the confirmed specification unless ANON01 and the customer agree to a change in writing.
Full payment and production
Checkout prices are in U.S. dollars and charged in full. Standard commissions carry an estimated 8–12 week production window and complimentary insured delivery to a United States address.
Tax included
Every displayed price includes any applicable sales-tax reimbursement. No separate sales tax is added at checkout; ANON01 is responsible for determining and remitting any tax that is due.
All commissioned sales final
A commission begins once payment is confirmed. No cancellation, return or exchange is accepted after payment confirmation, including for a change of mind, fit, selected size or selected color.
Defect, damage or specification error
The final-sale policy does not remove a remedy when a piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, arrives damaged or materially differs from the confirmed specification. Contact the house promptly with the commission reference, clear photographs and the original packaging. After review, ANON01 will provide an appropriate repair, replacement, refund or other remedy where required.
Non-waivable rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted under applicable law.
